With the Indian Heritage Tour -6 nights-, you will visit the Indian area known as the Golden Triangle, probably one of the best routes to enter the Indian subcontinent.

In this region, our guests may visit three essential cities: Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, that is, the Golden Triangle.

It is one of the most outstanding tours of the country with great cultural wealth and unbeatable architecture which is very well maintained by the Government. You will enjoy the splendour of many centuries of hegemony and will get to understand the the Maharajas life better.

The six nights that this trip to India lasts, will remain in your mind forever, and its beautiful images will never be deleted from your memory, it is a tour of India that immerses us in all the mysticism and spirituality of this wonderful country.

We will begin our tour in the fabulous capital Delhi, spending the night in a very nice and quiet hotel to fully enter into the charm of a city that we will cover during the day two of the trip, starting with its ancient part, the ancient walled city known as the old Delhi, only to continue towards the largest mosque in Asia: Jama Masjid; and close the day by visiting the most sumptuous perfume market of India, known as Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon we will visit the new part of the city, New Delhi, home of the parliament buildings and a vibrant modern life, we will be admiring its architectural gems.

For the third day of our tour to India, we will travel to Agra, home of the impressive Taj Mahal, passing by the fabulous Red Fort, which is a historical vestige of the Mongol empire that dominated these latitudes, and the Itmad Ud Daulah mausoleum; It will be an unforgettable day in which you will take many photos!

For the fourth day of the tour, we will leave for Jaipur, one of the most beautiful cities of India, and on the road we will visit the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, witness of the Mughal period in the history of the country, once the capital of the Mongol Empire for about 10 years.

Day five will be dedicated to visit Jaipur, starting with a pair of historic forts and one of them on an elephant, like the ancient royalty of the country did, as well as visiting its internal palaces and then devoting ourselves to wandering the architectural gems of this beautiful city also known as the “pink city“, we will also reach the Jantar Mantar observatory and the local Palace, to close the day contemplating the only facade of the famous Hawa Mahal.

The sixth day will be our return to Delhi by the afternoon, after spending the morning freely in Jaipur, in Delhi we will spend the last night of this wonderful tour to India, highly recommended to know the essentials of this magical territory.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Delhi and visit of New Delhi

Arrive at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Our staff assistance at destination on arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Sightseeing of New Delhi.

Footsteps of Lutyens. The greatest British architec. Drive past the Imperial part of the city designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens for the British in the 1920s. Continue along the main avenue, the impressive Rajpath to the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate and past the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the President’s residence and the Parliament Buildings. Visit the serene Sikh Temple at Bangla Sahib, which is one of the most popular places of worship in Delhi.

Day 2
Delhi - Agra (Jama Masjid)

After breakfast, we will begin the visits of Old Delhi:

Jama Masjid: one of the largest mosques in Asia that can hold up to 25,000 people. Towering over Old Delhi, Friday Mosque was the definitive architectural work of Shah Jahan, built between 1644 and 1658.

We will explore the busy streets in a rickshaw cyckle, also known as tricycle, a local form of transport. Will cross the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk (literally "Silver Street"), the perfume market more wealthy of India, we will also make a visit to the largest wholesale market spice of Asia. Will pass by the symbol Red Fort, Shah Jahans, symbol of power and elegance (Closed Mondays) and Raj Ghat.

Proceed for Agra by drive.

Day 3
Agra

Breakfast at the hotel and the visit of Agra begins:

Agra Red Fort: is one of the large fortified residences built at various strategic points of Mughal Empire. The fort presents a good sampling of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles. Agra Fort is the Place where Shajahan saw Mumtaj Mahal and fell in Love at first sight.

Taj Mahal: At Sunset we'll visit the Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) – the monument of love with its incredible lacy white grandeur and loveliness is perhaps the most perfect architectural monument in the world. Emperor Shahjahan constructed this most famous and incomparable Moghul monument in memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal which took him 22 years. It is the most extravagant monument ever built for love.

Day 4
Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Abhaneri - Jaipur

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Jaipur. En-route we'll visit:

Fatehpur Sikri: Fatehpur Sikri name evokes a nostalgia of history between the minds of India. The richest period of history can be attributed to the Mughal period and Fatehpur Sikri is synonymous with all the architectural wonder that this emperor could evoke. This is officially a town and a district, but in reality, this historic facade is a mere ghost town of the past. The facade of Fatehpur Sikri remains a historical monument - abandoned - although it was built to support an ancient city in expansion. Built during the second half of the 16th century by Emperor Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri (the City of Victory) was the capital of the Mughal Empire for 10 years.

Chand Baori:In the small town of Abhaneri we can visit this incredible stepped well dating back to 800 AD, one of the largest and deepest in India. It has 3500 steps in 13 levels and reaches a depth of 20 meters.

We will continue to drive to Jaipur.

Day 5
Jaipur

Breakfast at the hotel.

Touristic tour of Jaipur, also known as the "Pink City" and the gateway to the state of Rajasthan. We will visit the forts of Rajasthan, and will cross Amber Fort by elephant. This fortress was the residence of the royal family and is one of the most charming forts in India. A complex of palaces, temples, public rooms, inlaid mirror, with beautiful gardens. The fort is a fine example of the Rajput architecture. Inside the fortress delightful palaces stand between Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors) and Diwan-e-Aam (Hall of Public Audience).

Afternoon: visit the city pink city of Jaipur, Jantar Mantar Observatory, City Palace and contemplate the magnificent facade of the Hawa Mahal.

At sunset we will visit the local markets of Jaipur in a rickshaw.

Overnight and dinner at Hotel.

Day 6
Jaipur - Delhi (Qutab Minar)

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Delhi.

Upon arrival, we will visit the Qutab Minar complex, the tallest minaret in India.

Day 7
Delhi (Departure)

Breakfast at hotel.

Morning in time departure transfer to Delhi airport to board flight to onward destination.
